SO fun!
We used to work for the New York Renaissance fair with Earth Quest, they are who did the raptor demonstrations there. We had bears too and some times reptiles.
We personally handled/showed the parrots in a massive out door aviary. Not as cool as the hawk people but I did feel my cool points go up by working with them. XD
