[Commission] Secret Dragon Shout - DRAGONFORM!
Serylis, a burly Nord woman, has recently discovered two words of a newly discovered Thuum hidden within the artic wastelands of Skyrim. This new Thuum allows the Dragonborn to take on the form of a dragon.
She has discovered two words so far - the first one gives her scaley skin; the second word changes her appearance to make her look more draconic; upon learning the third and final word, she will be able to transform into a full dragon anytime she wants.
Unfortunately, there is a catch - the effects of this particular Thuum are permanent, so until she discovers the third and final word, she'll be stuck as a humanoid dragoness forever. And only two of the three words have been discovered within Skyrim's borders...
