I've recently drawn inspiration from the Pokemon Trading Card game (the best source for official quality Pokemon artwork). That coupled with my want to revisit the character resulted in this image.

I don't usually care much for fanon (all it takes is one episode to dispell years worth of 'accepted' canon), but I recently caught the Dr Whooves animation on YouTube and loved her interpretation. It was how I felt the show should have handled the character; a character who is average, but gets a little confused from time to time.
