Paws! I worked out an improved 5-digit pattern for these so they're nice and toony like my 4-digit paws.

I just have to say, these paws are absolutely adorable! Did you use Matrices tutorial on finishing with Bias Tape? I was thinking of trying that myself, it does look very nice!

Haha, well, I learned to quilt many years ago so I have a long friendship with bias binding ^^ It's good stuff.

They're mostly white seal fur and minky :)

Haha...practice! There are a few methods to sew on pawpads, but I just applique them. A walking foot helps.

Thank you ^^ It's called minky, or sometimes "cuddle". It's used all the time for stuffed animals.

thanks lots, I'll try to find that stuff.. would love to have that as a nose and for pawpads for my new fox suit :)
where do you buy it? online or in a local store?

I get it locally, but it's very common online, at least in the US! Fabric.com has a large selection of colors, search for "cuddle" or "minky". You can probably find it closer to you, though!
