Everything in this comic is so true... Well... 95% of it but who's counting?

I've only actually paid attention in a) the 1-on-1 meetings with my supervisor, who apparently loves my work somehow, and b) the one meeting I've actually put on myself to try to explain my idea for improving the "Unproductive Report Process" which will essentially make my job easier and less boring, even though I tried to candy-coat it by saying it would also benefit whoever takes over my job after me (also true).

Even with the occasional 1-on-1 meetings I might space for a bit, making it rather difficult to back peddle my responses so it appears that I heard everything correctly! ^^;

This summarizes my experience at HP when I worked there - at least during the meetings.

Let us not forget another purpose of meetings. Complain about other departments such that no blame falls on yours. We did that a lot, too.

People tend to point fingers at all sorts of departments were I work, which oddly enough is in the printing industry! ^_^;
