Hmmm ... Makes me wonder how those blades are used.
I can picture one possibility where he could do a forward roll or forward flip onto his hands. Then either his legs wrap around the victim's neck or his legs thrust down and into the victim.

As an offensive weapon it wold probably be best used with a hook kick or spinning hook kick and maybe an axe kick.
In a grappling situation to remove an opponent that's straddling him, wrapping the legs around the waist and digging the blades into the sides aimed for the kidneys and liver and these would be deadly wen used with an armbar.
