I just listened to the short story, The God Engines, by John Scalzi... It portrays a future where starships are powered by faith and captured gods, bound in circles and with chains of third-made iron. It's a brilliantly creative idea! I'd highly recommend listening to the audiobook form - that guy does a great job!
This pic was made on my Galaxy Note, using Sketchbook. I originally made the drawing with a human head, but that just looked... boring... and a shifting form makes sense with the story. Also, for some reason, a god with antlers just works...
