Here is Ice Queen, an unregistered samoyed superheroine. Again, I LOVE everything about this picture. I gave Evon some freedom with her costume, and she spun out this lovely outfit!

Description: Aneta has stark white fur, which can be either a short or long coat. She is a natural brunette, and her eyes are ordinarily brown. Her ears are pointed, and her bushy tail is often carried in a half-curl. The Inuit amulet is a simple wooden token in this stage.

Costume: When transformed, Ice Queen wears a pale blue mask and a matching trained dress with a very low cut. She wears ankle boots, and her hair turns light blue. Her eyes turn blue, and the amulet becomes deep blue. A deep blue band adorns her left arm. Due to the incredibly cold temperatures of her body, especially on her hands, mist constantly forms around Ice Queen.

Powers:
• Ice Queen can generate freezing temperatures, freezing the air around her at will. Doing so allows her to shoot ice beams and create ice constructs. Such constructs include ice spikes ranging in size from small needles to large spears.
• While her powers are active, Ice Queen’s body stays at a cold temperature, making physical contact painful.

• Since her talisman only neutralizes her powers for 5 hours, Aneta must be careful about how long she has been in her civilian identity, for fear that she forcibly changes back into Ice Queen.

History:
Aneta grew up in a rather poor house in Nizhniy Novgorod. When she was 14, an agent for a high-end fashion company noticed her and asked if she wanted to do a minor modeling gig for ushankas. Seeing this as an opportunity to make a little money for her family, Aneta accepted, and found that she really enjoyed the experience. Over time, she was asked model other clothes for bigger and better companies, her looks and graceful movements allowing her to take Russia by storm.
As her modeling career grew, Aneta’s success quickly went to her head. She became quite vain, feeling superior to most everyone around her and occasionally irritating her coworkers. Then during (major fashion show in Moscow), the young canine met fashion superstar Destiny Jones. Initially the two got along well famously. However, Aneta overheard several fursons complaining about the British hound’s egotism, and, realizing she wasn’t too far off from a similar fate, decided to make a major change before her snobby reputation stuck. Seeing her as a poor influence, she began to ignore Destiny as well, to which the Afghan would snort “What an ice queen.”
While in Moscow in 2009, Aneta was mistakenly abducted, her captors believing she was part of a nearby anti-government demonstration. She and the protestors were hurried to a gulag in the northern region of Siberia, where they would be held indefinitely. While on the freight train to Siberia, Aneta dazed in and out amongst the confusion of the frightened prisoners. A strange delirium came over her, one that instilled a compulsion, a need, to simply go in a direction. Once the train reached its destination, the protesters resisted being forced into the gulag. During a large skirmish, quickly ended by the guards’ guns, Aneta sprinted away from the gulag.
She walked, compelled across the frozen wasteland, through a blizzard. Collapsed due to exhaustion and frigid temperatures, Aneta would have died had an Nganasan shamaness not found her. Acting quickly, the healer stripped the canine and laid her next to a roaring fire. After wafting incense around the fire, she began to chant in her native tongue, telling the spirits to return this girl’s lost soul. Meanwhile, Aneta lay bare on the snow in a stupor, contacted by a spirit. This spirit had one option for saving her, given her awful condition. As the fire died, Aneta gradually felt less cold, the chill unable to touch her. Waking up, she was shocked to discover that her hair and eyes had changed to blue. The shamaness gave her a traditional wooden amulet, explaining that the spirit had forced supernatural powers into her. The shamaness then taught her that the amulet would neutralize her abilities if she clenched it and uttered the phrase “I am saved” in Nganasan. However, given the strength of the spirit’s aid, the amulet can only work for 5 hours at a time.
After thanking the shamaness for her help, Aneta set out to rescue the imprisoned protesters, and was quickly able to subdue the gulag’s guards with her ice-based powers. The activists hijacked the same freight train that brought them there, and Aneta guarded them along the way. Reaching Moscow, the group was confronted by Kremlin Cossack, the Russia Regional Director of the Bureau of Superheroes. Stepping forward, Aneta was about to launch an ice spike at the large bear when a shocking wave of pain coursed through her. Dropping to her knee, she became worried, and quickly created a large wall of ice between her and Cossack. Aneta dashed behind a building, gripped her amulet, and turned back into her civilian identity. It didn’t take long for Cossack to smash through the ice wall, but Aneta narrowly escaped, joining the panicked crowd. Taking one last look back, she fled the country. Her modeling career expanded with her leaving Russia.

Personality: Aneta is usually nice and polite, but she can be short with those who are rude to her or her friends. She possesses a naturally cold intelligence. Due to her experiences, she has a deep mistrust of government.
