For those who don't know, Anthony's Nidoran form actually has a completely different venom than other Nidorans have; well, he used to have a similar venom, but he had it as to not end up accidentally poisoning his friends with his Poison Point ability. However, much later he had an idea he wanted to try: he wanted to envenom himself again, but using something much different in its place: a strong inflation serum.

He ended up being successful, with the serum fully replacing the venom, altering his Poison Point ability quite a bit. First, whenever any person or pokemon activates his ability, they end up inflating full of air proportionate to how much venom they took in, from just puffing up a little to ballooning up until they burst. Another interesting outcome is it can now affect pokemon who were normally immune to poisoning; i.e Steel-types, pokemon with "Immunity", and even other Poison-types.

It does come with a very unfortunate side-effect, though. As Anthony's body isn't as immune to it as he had hoped, he can actually end up activating Poison Point on himself. Even something as simple as one of his long ears scratching against his forehead horn could set it off, resulting in him blowing up like a balloon, as seen here. And judging from the ominous creaking his belly is making, it won't be too long before he bursts.

Not to worry, as he'll be alright after he reforms, just like the several other times it happened...
