Can't make them cross the border unless they've just had their rabies shot... Lady has but not Eliot.. and well a lot of road and driving and stress for them, they love Silver and are well taken care of when they're with him. Also Bf's roomate as a cat, and he's old and I'm not sure how the dogs would react to him or him to them... so all in all it's best if they stay with their favorite puppysitter :)
