Another late, technically September commission that kept getting pushed back because of ... reasons.

Course the Jakkai also (from all appearances I've seen thus far) tend to be very close to nature and the animal guardians. And since technology tends not to mesh well with nature most of the time, well that might be a slight hurdle.
