Peor con el fin de la gerra fria el prollecto fue supendido y el proyecto termino congelado.

Micky Redie Jr. es hijo d euno de los cinetificos que trabajo en el proyecto, despues de morir su padre el enctro las notas del proyecto y algunos prototipos... El cientifico habia robado partes claves ccon al esperansa de que nuca fuera usado para la gerra.

Sin evargo usando lso recursos a su alcanse Redie logro recrear el dipositivo y auque de poco poder su primera pruba fu un exito... ropbar un carro blindado Cone l dinero contrato a un profecional, un "sastre de supervillanos" que perfecciono su equipo...

Redie, ahora con el apodo de Vendabal, es un crimianl que usa sus habilidades para controlar el climam. El dipositivo d econtrol es una especie de satelite que se dipara al aire y afecta la nuves a su alrededor. Vendaval es capas de manipular la lluva la nieve el graniso los rayos y el viento (auque nos e save bien como) permitiendole pequeños lapsos de vuelo.

The weater contorl devise is a small satelite like machine who is launch at atmophere (aprox 20 km hig) and afect the cloud in a small area. While active the machine allow Vendaval to control the clouds ( He could create rain snow and Hail) the ligthings ( His costume is a mix of conducting and non-conducting material who allow him to funnel the bolt) and the wind, make him capable of shorts fly periods.

But he have a weeakenes, if the devise is detroy all his power leave, so he have problem figthing flyllig super heroes and super heroes who could proyect energi at large distances...
