She is definitely not an Eevee, she is an original character, a fox, specifically a Cape Fox to name the species. If you notice, Eevee's color is actually Hex color: B3894B And Izzy has a much darker brown fur coat. =3 Thank you for thinking it is cute, Waffle really is a fantastic artist and his talents are very much appreciated
Eevee? Not sure where you got your eyes, but clearly she is not an eevee, missing way too many parts for that. Her fur is also much darker. If you have look at a few foxes, such as the cape fox you would cearly know that is her species and not an eevee. Glad you thought she was cute though =)
