The actions leading up to this comic are summed up as follows.
This is in the fur-uto setting, and it happens to be the anniversary of when Fen was taken in by the village. So of course Spring wants to celebrate and she plan's this whole surprise party thing at Fen's house (They're ninja so of course they can sneak in, though they are surprised at the small size and the number of traps) Fen shows up, rather late at night, and everyone's all happy and SURPRISE..... he tells them all coldly to leave. Spring however, stays, and chews him out for not appreciating the efforts of herself and their friends... which leads us to this.

also, I am sorry about the text, my programs, as I've said before, aren't the best so I do what I can. (I'd kill for a good typesetter.)
