Fishing arround for some fun ideas try this sensational seafood in a homemade szechwas sauce from the kitchens of

Make the szechwan sauce:
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 red chile peppers, seeded and finely chopped
1 habenaro peppers, seeded and finely chopped
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
2 teaspoons minced garlic
5 tablespoons brown sugar
5 tablespoons tomato paste
5 tablespoons rice vinegar
Mix all ingredients, set aside.
To boiling water, add 1/2 pound large (21-25 ct) shrimp, cook 4-5 minutes until done (they'll float).
While shrimp are cooking, prepare noodles per package instructions. Fun cooks very quickly.
Drain the fun, then toss noodles with a bit of Szechwan sauce (about 2 tablespoons), add shrimp to bowl, then drizzle a small amount of sauce.
Enjoy while still warm!
(I usually make a double or triple batch of Szechwan sauce at a time, then store in small jars in the refrigerator. It gets better with age, as the flavors meld.)
