My latest upload is a schematic of my newest striker design.
The S5A1 Tengu owes a lot to the BAC TSR.2 and Sukhoi S-6 (which was later fitted with swing-wings and beacame the Su-24 Fencer). It is designed primarily to penetrate hostile aerospace at a wide variety of speeds and altitudes, and deliver a heavy (preferably Nuclear) payload.
Alternately, it would also have potential as a Tactical Recce platform, and given it's range and payload it would also be handy as a Maritime Striker (whilst lugging a ton of AShM's not unlike the AGM-84 Harpoon).
How well it would be able to handle today's strike missions, however, is open to debate, as the current trend is to make today's Strikers fully capable of the Air Superiority role (like the Su-30/32/34 and F-15E), and the Tengu just simply cannot "knife-fight" with enemy fighters --- it doesn't even have a gun! Still, a Tengu's FCS could probably be replaced with a more capable version every 10 years or so, and it's weapon stations and payload would effortlessly support Cruise Missiles (like the USAF's ALCM).
Also, be sure to check out this aircraft's performance specs, which can be found here; http://www.furaffinity.net/view/894459/

It's a VERY aggressive aircraft, very much like the JH-7... but bigger.
However, where the JH-7 and Tornado are primarily intended to deliver tactical anti-ship missiles, guided bombs, and other such "trendy" gizmos, the Tengu is designed to carry cruise missiles, huge conventional (GP) bomb loads, Hydrogen Bombs, etc. out to VERY long distances, striking far and fast into enemy territory.
The only (real life) production warplanes that are truly suitable for this task are the Su-24 Fencer and Su-34 Fullback --- The F-111 Raven was designed only with hitting the ground in mind (no integral AShM capability), and most other Strikers are much smaller (JH-7 Flounder, Tornado) or are watered down in favor of a "secondary" air superiority role (F-15E Strike Eagle, Su-30 Strike Flanker).
If you want to see an aircraft that really performs like the Tengu, look no further than the Sukhoi S-6 and BAC TSR.2.
Note: I chose the name "Tengu", which in Japanese mythology is a hawk-like Yokai that is considered to be a harbinger of war --- good name for a first-strike weapon!
