Ra'Kroth - Human form
Well, this image was haunting my mind for three days now... I just had to draw it.
This is a brand new, much more serious and scary design of my alien character "Ra'Kroth" (the antagonist from my graphic novel "Reptile - Circle of Doom"). It is his human form, anyway... Ra'Kroth can assume different shapes.
Awww, I really like his armor and his new look! I mean, his alien appearance is something like a huge bug... and insect-ish alien, yeah. And his human armor also shows traces of insects or bats... anything scary.
Inspired by the manga "Berserk" I've tried to draw a dark character with lots of line art and hatching... and shaded this with digital media in the end. The whole appearance was supposed to work without ANY colours!
Hmm... I'd like to quote my brother now: "This doesn't look like you."
Yes, it's different from my usual style and I think it's good; different and new is always good.
At least I think so. ^^"

Well, he surely CAN still fool the people of Aktes! Yeah. I mean, the people are used to weird looking armor and steel plates... to them, he's just a weird knight. ^_^
At least, he will look more believable to them, than the old version... where he appeared like a "Silver Surfer". XD
Of course, he must not show his ALIEN form... but this one here is creepy, but the people will buy it. ^^

I mostly thought about you, when I drew this... after all, you are THE fan no.1 when it comes to "Ra'Kroth"!

I knoooooooooow... lots of furries will NOT comment on this one. It's not a scaly or furry... and it's not even "sexy", ha ha... but who cares? This was done for myself.
It's an experiment of style and design and I think that "Ra'Kroth" deserved a new design.
