Here's yesterday's Iron Artist work. This one's for
HeraLedro I really like how this one turned out. Though I did learn that most of my light blue markers are running dry. Along with my purples. I'll need to go through and see which refills I have and which I need to order. I still need to clean them, too. One of my browns has dried ink all over the outside now. They get beat up so much, but I love them.
I still need to start today's image. I've been feeling pretty down today and unable to focus on much of anything. I'll get to work this evening. One way or another.
There are still a few slots left. If interested, please see my commissions page. Thank you!

If you're asking about Darc, I couldn't tell you, but if you are asking about the characters - Mantra and Phoebus (the fox and the otter, respectively), it's because they just finished surviving an encounter with the equivalent of a mass murderer and (arguably) cannibal. Darc did a wonderful job on the injuries and other marks of battle.
Thanks. I'm sorry again about Phoebus' hand and neck. These Iron Artist commissions don't involve all the research, comp, and study sketches that I do for the full commissions. The full commissions have a back and forth process where we hash out details and catch errors. But with Matt and myself waiting to see if we're going to be moving quickly, I don't want to open the full commissions and risk loosing work in progress or notes from clients. *laughs* Because knowing me I will. But sorry again.
Oh, pish tosh ;D Don't worry about it! As I said, the gripes are nothing to the relative awesomeness. Even the emotion is captured nicely - it doesn't glare at the reader, and is instead subtle and soft. I think you did an excellent job, especially given that this is an Iron Artist and primarily about speed.
Thank you. *blush* As for the feeling down, My family and I are pretty close and living so far from them gets hard at times, especially around this time of year. Talking with my mom earlier yesterday reminded me of that. Which probably sounds foolish. But sometimes it hits a little hard.
