Pretty sure the persons referring to a dominant gesture among canines. Flagging means a way they hold their tail toward those who would approach them. At least in the courses I've taken its common to see this in overly confident dogs or down right aggressive dogs. I have to say the sexual comment is a bit uncalled for however.

I tried to be polite, so if you're hellbent on being offended let me finish that off for you;
You're self righteous and pompous and I hope you have nightmares. I don't give a shit about your career, how great you are, how much you know or your damn "man", and I certainly don't care that your dog waves her ass around and you like to tell people that and then expect them to know what you actually mean when you've been through training schools.
How's that for rude? Feel free to block me. It won't be the first time someone has and certainly not the last. If you want people to be nice to you, don't make creepy, unclear comments expecting people to know what you really mean and all about you, then proceed to tell them just that if they get a little offended instead of apologizing for sounding strange and politely proceeding to explain what you meant, not going on a tirade about who you are and what you do.

I'd love to talk to you. :) I have visited your LiveJournal blog and must say you have some absolutely brilliant recommendations for aggressive and distraction prone dogs. I shared some of this recommendations with my tutor and he said they were informative, particularly your approach to conditioning training toward car horns.
