Basically a fusion of two Halloween themed One Piece Villains: Ghost Princess Perona and Gekko Moriah. Also ocmbining their powers over shadows and ghosts into one mistress of horror able to summon almost countless shadow people to do her sloth-oriented bidding; plus, who doesn't like pear shapes? ...I have no idea what her signature laugh would even be.
Also... is it just me, or did she buy her new parasol at the same place Giroro gets his tents?
