for dinner tonight. i got lazy.
it's an omelette with ham, onion, and roasted red pepper
with a side of couscous.
you may think it's a big deal.
but it was left over ham, half an onion i had left over, and i have a jar of roasted red pepper in the back of my fridge.
couscous is like the easiest thing to make. just add hot water, and its done.
in total it took me 10 min to make. but it was tasty.
TL;DR = easy fast meal was tasty.
what do you like to cook?

My favorite thing to make is what I call sloppy hotdogs. I put a couple hotdogs in buns and cover then with the usually toppings (for me ketchup and bacon) then cover all that in hot mac n cheese. Other than that, I've been told I make a pretty good hamburger and my nacho chill dip is fun

So basically left-overs omelet? Cool!
I forgot to defrost meat for tonight and we're out of potatoes, (we had rice last night.) I served the last of the burger patties fried, boiled-up some penne with plain tomato sauce from a left-over jar and salad. Clean-up was annoying, but dinner was easy enough. Plus we have left-over penne for another night.

Rundown :p
yea :D I had mackeral with a bit of flour and egg to bind it and then steamed the goop in my rice cooker in a foil tray thing, and then let it cool (similar to kamaboko or another kind which is mainly fish, one egg and a tblspoon of cornstarch then steamed or boiled in plastic wrap). then sauteed with duck oil, onion, kale, schezwan peppercorn toasted salt, and a bit of garlic. then made the egg mixture with a bit of milk and flour (for stability) and added the filling when halfway through and a bit of cheese.
potatoes were slices and with katamala olives just fried in butter and made a mayo and sriacha/gochujang sauce that was delicious :D

I made some coconut pancakes last night for dinner. Sometimes I put pecans or bananas in as well, all pretty good. Settled for just cocconut this time though, with blueberry syrup from Maine x3
Other things I'm known to make: super spicy chili, fantastic quiche, brown sugar squares.
I always like to try something new as well. Recently made an apple pie with a macaroon top crust :3

You took leftover bits of this and that and turned it into a gourmet meal! This actually looks really good. And photography-wise, this is an excellent food photo with very good composition, lighting, focus, and depth of field. Well done on both counts, Mr. Sheppy
