It looks pretty cool! I like the use of grid lines to help you mechanically distort the image. Also, great job on the shading and texture of the shirt. Who is the person in the picture?

It's a bit of a practice, and I don't recall who exactly was in the original picture. I drew this years ago, and don't remember exactly all the details anymore LOL
