This art is not about 'The Starry Wolves' ^^; ...
But I enjoyed drawing such theme. Devil character is my first try, and I like it hehe :D

you can do many things through chi including using your chi is it is called to brake the shackles that bind you i am not the artist of this peice

but i can guess that might be why chi is on the shackles its karma
