A friend of mine gave me a CD from a band called MindFlayer, I still haven't listened to it. >.> On a different note, I always have liked illithids, for some reason.

I once played in a campaign where the villain was an Illithid. We fought him near an underground lake, and he made his dastardly getaway with a feather token swan boat. There was a drawing (Now in the possession of the old DM) of an Illithid scowling madly while sitting cross-legged in a swan boat with a frilly parasol. So in my mind, all Illithids have southern belle accents and walk with an exaggerated swagger.
