This is a cute drawing of a werewolf lady. I like it, it's supposed to be me. The only thing I dont like is the way the arms turned out. Perhaps it would've looked better without as many lines. But anyway, tell me what you think!!

If I may make some observations. I'm afraid the lines do give the composition a scattered look, not so much the amount of lines but the patterning of them. It might be worth your time to try a style of feathering (making small lines next to each other, used for the effect of hair) thats a bit more curved and go in waves instead of just irregular strokes. I've found in my own art that kind of drawing gives my work a patchy and blotchy effect. Short fur, I think, could be represented better with short even strokes with the longer strokes for the hair. I like how you're going with that bit of sheen on her hair. You might want to try adding a bit of fur outside the border of her arm to give a "furry" effect unless you want her fur to be tight against her skin.
I'm not calling you a bad artist. These observations are solely for the purpose of possibly adding a bit of insight to help you become more satisfied with your art. I hope it helps.

aw you dont have to worry at all! This is precisely the type of comment that I hope to recieve. Any insight that would allow me to become a "better" artist is greatly appreciated. You're definitley correct about the shorter lines to give the impression of fur. I'll do that next time. I think that I made the lines that way because thats the way they appeared on the tail. It makes much more sense to do them in the patterned style you described though.
