Here's a concept for my Grochmiarch: 1899 idea. This is Archer, a Marshel (like a nationwide policeman) for New City (an alternative version of New York). I'm not too happy with the concept - he looks too young and I need to make his shoulders broader and give him an older, more rugged look. His clothes are pretty much alright - a smart 1800s gunslinger look. Archer � Antar Dragon.
