Wings are hard indeed. Especially the feathery types.
A bit of constructive criticism from a fellow artist who's been drawing dragons since he was like... 7. Usually when drawing a membranous wing, there's no bottom frame rib and the membrane creates a solid singular wing instead of the three wings you have there.
