I do like using my marker, i dont use them often because tend to draw small when just doodling, not big enough to use markers on, thats why I dont use them as often. I did do a couple of mistakes tho unfortunatly, I used the wrong paper, i thougth i was using my marker paper but wasn't so the ink had a lot of bleeding and din't blend well. That made pink colour that I was trying to use for lighting effect just made a mess (as you can see). And i used the wrong colour for the tongue for the shadow . everything else is ok tho.

I guess my style is bold colours and outlines against a simple / solid background. But im still experimenting with my styles.

I know what you mean! my marker paper is only a4 big and for me that's a little too small (especially fullbodies and stuff) I tend to add a lot of details to things and with markers shading goes all wrong.
I still like the effect alot! looking pretty fresh ^^
