^w^ So far only Jolly's Deck and some random cards have been put into the game, will work on Charle's deck next so can see how things work for them. So far the Wolves seemed to be too good for only 8 GP so had to limit the number of them on the field to 3 but increased the protection ability so that they were still useful

In most cases yes, though there will be cards to help with gaining more GP such as "Perfect Greed" (though Perfect Greed has a downside to it's effect).
