I can't even express how giggly I feel.
This was wonderful to watch you work on, and every step of the way was a pleasure to see! This is by far the most accurate anyone has ever gotten Mabel to date, and there's not a bit of it I would change for the world. The detail and time you put into this piece was worth much more than I could give, and you surprised me with a lot of things I didn't think you'd notice! Right down to the purple freckle below her eye.

I think I mentioned how I've always adored the way you draw feet and ears, and it's no exception here. I love the grime on her feet, as odd as it is to say, and her eartips and everywhere else. I'm so amazed at how well you captured her character with the little information I had for you! Her dress, messenger bag, the messy hair. I'm squeeing at it all!
None of that is even mentioning the expression and feel of the character you delivered.

I really can't stop gushing over how much I enjoyed this, and getting to see you stream it all!

I'm so glad. ^_^ It may be boring for my viewers to just sit and watch me stare at refs, but I'm envisioning the character and trying to bring them to life in my head and when I get it down this well, it really makes me feel awesome. :D

I love her appeal. She's a scrawny little street rat as you describe her, yet still so cute! She's out of my comfort zone, but at a comfortable level. c: I really enjoy drawing her and you're such a pleasure to work with ^^

This is the most beautiful piece of art I've seen all week

Oh wow, you did an amazing job with this. Your art is as gorgeous as always. I love the detail you put into this, especially in the dirt smudges and her poor, damaged ear. Not to mention her disheveled hair and all the little details that make her look like she's been sleeping out on the rough streets. But it's the emotional impact of this picture that really takes my breath away. I love how well you've balanced her emotions here, from the look in her eyes to the slightly hunched up way she's standing, and made her look sad and a little bit beaten down by her circumstances without overshooting the mark. A lot of pictures that aim for pathos go overboard with it and turn it into parody, but I think you've really hit it dead on with this picture. (And do please excuse me if this sounds too much like critique, as I don't mean it to be! It's just wonderful to see a tricky emotion handled well!)

She's one of my favorite characters, too, and  mabarial is a good friend of mine, so I was really excited to see you post this tonight.
