Well pichus are BABY pokemon but its whatever you want to draw really. Although I like these kinds of pictures of course, its cute :P
(Also: usually when I see the title "BUSTED" and something in a diaper, a very different scenario is painted in my (and many others I'm sure) mind just fyi.)

This did come out super-duper cute! I almost forgot your Pichu was named Sparks. It's nice to get caught up again on quality characters and designs. :)
I like the way it all comes together to kind of imply the fridge door was just opened and our young friend was just about to grab a snack when, uh-oh, busted!
You're right. The diaper and blush really do add to the innocent-ness of Sparks here. Kind of hard to yell at him when he is a baby. Perhaps a good talking to about sneaking snacks will be what stops our young raider?
I also must add how I've always liked the scarf and goggles look on Sparks. Quite awesome, cute, and fun!
