Gifted with a complimentary night out for trick-or-treating, a little blue otter was given the chance to ride around on a not-so-little, not-so-blue doppleganger. However, when granted the opportunity to choose his own incredible X-power, it proved to be absolutely impossible to settle on just one, and so in desperate act of defiance he chose -all of them-! Now the world might just be a little safer (though the world's gryphons and shiny things certainly aren't) thanks to the uncanny X-PENN.
