A Music Box For Christmas
This is an mp3 version of the midi found in Scraps.
I switched their position when I discovered that firefox doesn't play embedded midis very well.
If you don't use Quicktime to pay your midi's, I'd give this a listen. The music box emulator of Quicktime sounds better than the usual hardware music box, I think.
Anyone know of any free midi libraries around so I can get more sounds?

That's original? Wow, very very good work. As for lyrics, I disagree! How many Xmas albums did Mannheim Steamroller make with no lyrics whatsoever? Add a little reverb and delay into the flutes at 2/3 and it'll be fantastic as it is.
Wish my composing skills were this good...
Merry Christmas!

Wow, very moving, what an awesome composition! Here is my possibly warped sense of this song. Please take with a grain of salt, just telling what I thought of (who knows what twisted stuff goes on in my head). :P
Unlike some of the other responses, at least the beginning make me very sad and give me the impression of a child being alone, cold, and frightened. The middle part seems to get progressively happier, like a lost child finding a family to live with or something. The very end is marked once again with a sad sounding tone (as the music box slowly winds down) which makes me think that it showed a childs progressing though life and arriving at the end, once again alone much as they started life in the world. Sorry if this is all wrong on what you were conveying, but that's how I chose to interpret the song. :)
