sorry for including everyone in a personal dispute, but I wanted everyone to know I am not going to be easily walked on. Doing this I will admit make me look more of a jerk than I intended (believe it or not I did want to look somewhat like a jerk).

Things were discussed and were resolved with words, not money. There was some poor communication on both sides.
