xD Says it's a type of grouse! I've seen these on TV before, they're so neat looking. Grouse make good eats though, along with pheasant.

My grandfather hunts pheasant. The local prison here raises them, people buy them, then release and track them with dogs and shoot them. Personally I don't think it's very sporting but it's hard to find them in the wild. They're elusive.

Last year when I was sick my grandmother made me a pheasant in mushroom sauce, oh god. It was the most delicious thing ever.
