The humble omlette is such a delightful and filling meal this one come from the kitchens of  dershep

for dinner tonight. i got lazy.
it's an omelette with ham, onion, and roasted red pepper
with a side of couscous.

you may think it's a big deal.
but it was left over ham, half an onion i had left over, and i have a jar of roasted red pepper in the back of my fridge.
couscous is like the easiest thing to make. just add hot water, and its done.

in total it took me 10 min to make. but it was tasty.

TL;DR = easy fast meal was tasty.
