2.A person cannot not play The Game; it does not require consent to play and one can never stop playing.
3.Whenever one thinks about The Game, one loses.
4.Losses must be announced to at least one person.
You get a 30 minute grace period where you can't lose again. After 30 minutes is up, you're fair game. They say only the Prime Minister has the ability to actually end The Game.
