Oh shit, this thing is bad ass! I wish I knew about it before 8U But the main thing I was looking for was the connecting muscles, mainly the masseter muscle and exactly how it would look connected to a skull upper jaw, I am trying to get how Teki's jaw could connect to the skull and still have muscles to move the jaw, if that makes sense 6_9

But still, this link is priceless, I am gunna have to save this for the next time I have to draw some dog skull faces <3 thank you!

That is the problem I ran into when I was drawing this character, and with a toddler son behind me, I had to use the least gory as possible... and it wasn't that great of a shot. u_u

These are so nice, though. I think it was totally worth it on your part to endure nasty pictures! haha

I am glad to hear I'm making leeway with Teki's design! I bet I could make it more gnarly and undead looking, but I tried to keep it simple to give the general idea for the anatomy if anyone ever uses these as reference :O

But yeah lol, looking at skinned dog heads is never fun :/

Thank you! Teki is pretty solid :D And yeah, I can't do much with expressions when it doesn't have a face, but I tried without making it cartoony lol

It's okay! I am kinda used to it since I have dabbled in gore art in the past, but yeah. Still kinda unnerving... I hate that look where they're missing most of their flesh but their eyes are still there, which is what most of the references were, and that just... creeps me out.

I am glad you like it! :D I keep thinking one o dese days I am gunna do some sketches of Teki's muscle structure without her skin there so most people know what goes where in relation to her exposed skull.
But don't worry! It was worth it, it's just I haven't really looked at gorey art lately so it was kinda like Ahhhh 8U but for the good of art, I don't mind!
