Cecil is quite the scatterbrain, always forgetting were he was suppose to be and what he was suppose to be doing. Giving him the nickname of "airhead" Quite the horrible pun if you ask me....

But really there isn't much to say about Cecil, he came from a normal happy family and doesn't have any really special talents...With the exception of one...he plays the violin as though he were a musical genius.

His favorite thing to do is float around ideally... not much fun if you ask us normal people....but he seems to enjoy it. :3
