Its a nice photo. But in both versions (espeacially the black and white it seems you have lost a lot of tonal detail. it can still be this dramatic dut developed in away that preserves the tonal range

the problem is the used ND Filter. Its pretty good, but ND64 (1000x longer exposure time) its pretty hard
