I'm collecting my perspective notes into a semi-tutorial, please let me know if there's anything I should add (other than the rest of the pictures.) and if you have any questions.
I will add some handy photoshop tips for grids and ellipses because ellipses suck and I am saying that even though I can draw them.
it'll still requite you to actually KNOW perspective (and design), I'm not gonna teach you that (get lost!) just show you a meaningful way to apply it.
Tony: "...And I'm sorry if that sounded awful and mean and condescending"
Pep: "That's okay, we're all used to it by now"
(notes to self: research adds depth and takes your piece away from being generic. Find sexy examples of dynamic 1-points)
Ok, those guys who fav'ed it without actually responding to my questions, you are terrible human beings. The better your input, the better this tutorial will be. FACT.

I'll definitely see what I can squeeze in about ellipses, I learned things I did not know about them... like that the long axis of them should be perpendicular to whatever cylinder you imagine they are on!!! It might be obvious
There wont be vanishing points, this is like, doing it without them.

Yes, exactly, I don't mean to teach anyone perspective, I suspect 99% of everyone is eagerly looking for that magical shortcut that will do perspective for them, and they'll look for it in tutorials like this, and it just isn't going to happen.
Thanks!!
Is it funny when I say anal retentive?

Yeah! I think that people get kinda mislead by the title, since most stuff called perspective tutorialtry to teach 1/2/3 points perspective lol. Nevertheless this is called perspective notes, so they can expect something wider than just a simple how to c:
And man, I giggle like a kid when I hear anal retentive because it's not something just restrictive, this is anal retentive, this is REAL repression.

This was actually really helpful even though it was just a WIP! I would really like to see you delve more into step 10 with the values and also building/blocking an image, as well as going on some more about elipses and grids. I know nothing of the sort and I am eager to learn more.
Will this be just a side project you will be updating every once in a while or is this going to be something you are going to make into a big project? I know alot of people will do tutorials/"classes" but having them in the form of notes with examples seems to be more helpful than having someone explain a tutorial which would be the concrete way that they do one thing. This way is sort of a loose guidline to creating an image, which I personally find it more helpful. Hopefully this is helpful feedback for you, but either way thanks for posting!
