This one was inspired, of course, by the great Ursula (disney's mermaid). One of the best disney villains.
Not just inspired though: If I was to make a little mermaid fan comic. This would be Ursulas brother. And he sure as hell ain't gonna lose.
So this is NOT suppose to be ursula herself; just her brother. Note the detail differences

To say that, would mean you're saying that if a family has one obese family member, then they all should be obese. Ursula has a skinny sister (the little mermaid 2), and this is her "brother" not a male version of ursula directly (otherwise he'd have the same placed markings and coloration.)
oh no no no i mean that in the sense hes much like her. not that its a gene in the family doing that. But the fact ursula was more ugly and fat then ariel was kinda the whole idea (good better then evil). Unless you were going for like the 'handsome. sly' villain type i think you hit the nail on the head and thats if you would go as far to call him a villain as well. for the record, i think you did a nice job. and frankly i never watched little mermaid 2. i find sequels to classic disney films to be iffy. perhaps ill watch it sometime tho.
well He's just moved his way up my list of Disney villains are cool enough to actually win to 1st place, and all he had to do was look fabulous. I guess being fabulous is his family issue since Ursula has power issues, Morgana has living in older siblings shadow power issues so... what would his be and... what would his awesome pet sea monster be so far we've had eels and sharks.

Maybe...Order issues? I imagine him being a successful villain, so part of that success would probably be his need to be ordered, precise, in his plans. He'd be a strategic genius.
Pets? Um....I doubt he'd surround himself with imbeciles. So maybe a giant squid, which have been proven to exist, as a pet. And he'd have mermen (maybe lion fish merman) as his minions. Both of which would be smart and beautiful.

So his one down fall would be the chaos variable. Also these lionfish mermen I take it they'd be bound to him some how. Held against their will in some form whether by way of their own custom, that in defeat if spared they serve the victor perhaps. Or magic. after all if this one is genius in strategy, and Ursula is the manipulation and magic deal maker then. well who can say.
