Aka Captain Basil cosplaying as the 4th Doctor!
Classic Doctor Who is included in for the "Retro Space" theme for FC next year so I just had to draw Basil cosplaying as the 4th Doctor (he normally dresses as the Tenth Doctor or Sherlock Holmes.) Tom Baker makes even more ridiculous faces than David Tennant. 8| THOSE EYES.
Re-used the TARDIS I drew for that other piece of art I made the other day because it works and I didn't see a reason to draw the whole damned thing again for this. XD
