This reproduction reminded me one of the episodes the Get Along Gang, "School's Out" (in Episode 12). The original illustration has a message, "Always knew it --- You could do it!" I recently heard that American Greetings Company was so greedy that they declined the plan to produce the DVD of the Get Along Gang. Did you hear anything about this? Thank you both for the comment and the fav.
I am glad to know that you remember that small cartoon show which had only twenty seven episodes in total. I see that Bettina Bush, the voice actress of "Dotty Dog" still keeps her activities as a singer although, I have not heard what Sparky Marcus, the voice actor of "Montgomery Moose" has been doing since then. If my memory were correct, he did the voice actor of "Tyg" in the "Shrit Tales."
You were in high school, and I was in a company. How fast the time flies! Thank you for the comment and the fav.

Oh, how lucky you were! I came to know that there were various sorts of the character goods, such as plush toys, porcelains, cloths, and so on. I did not know that there was such a business when I was in the U.S.S.R.. I did regret that I was not born in the U.S.. When I came and lived in the U.S. in 1994, it was too late to collect those character items. Thank you very much both for the comment and the fav.
This is an older picture, but: http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e.....dottiedog6.jpg
Thank you for the comment There were many good cartoons in the 80s'. Care Bears and MLP are so famous and impressive, too. Especially, MLP has everything that every young girl adores. How would it be great to do a business that sells a dream! Thinking like that, I am going to go, this morning, to a warehouse to conduct a quality inspection on the lumbers that I am going to export to Japan.
Yep, I can catch your feeling. I have the same symptom that that melody repeats and repeats again and again in my brain.
Get Along Gang, Get Along Gang
Each one is so special in his own way
Montgomery is the leader and he's such a good sport...
Ooooo, someone, let me stop!

I am very glad to meet a furson who remember this small cartoon show. I hope this reminds you of your childhood. It has passed over twenty years since the Get Along Gang was created, we perceive how the time flies fast. FYI, twenty five years have passed since My Little Pony and the Care Bears were created.
Well i remember that show funny. What got me hooked on that show. The clubhouse a caboose. You see i m train nutt. What can i say,I went to a school right beside rr tracks. Was seabaord air line now csx.I liked bingo he always kept trying to come up with ideas. Most of the time they would get him into trouble.
I am very glad to meet a furson who still remember this small cartoon show. As you mention, Bingo Beaver used to bring something new to the gang, who were required to overcome the difficulties with their good team works. When the Get Along Gang had been on air in the U.S., I lived inside the Iron Curtain. It was not until 1991 that I watched this show for the first time in France. With a simple glimpse, I took strong fancy to those cute and fashionable characters. The episodes are sweet. I still cannot forget those masterpieces in the 80s, such as My Little Pony, Care Bears, and so on. Thank you very much for the comment and the fav.
Another 1980 cartoon the trainformers.I was in jr high it was a hit. With high school kids to.To me the hook was these robots.Had feelings and emotions like us humans. The other thing was they tranformed into things you see in real life.My favoright transformer was megatron.Who transformed into walther p-38 pistal with attacments.A real life fire arm that the germans used in WW2.Real slick!!!
The characters of the Walt Disney were already very famous both in Korea and Japan although, the societies may not have so much conception to create cartoons with plantigrade animals for years and years. As you mention, many robots animes were created in the both of the countries in the early 80s'.
Disney was a popular animation medium, but of course Get Along Gang was produced by DiC and Nelvana (the pilot), hardily any of their shows came to Japan, though DiC did use Japanese studios for their work, but didn't credit them sadily! So I guess if it wasen't Disney or if it wasen't made in Japan or Korea, to them it wasen't worth investing in, especially since if neither country was interested in obtaining the licenses for the show's merchandise to make a profit from it.
