I've been contacted by another colleague, who claims to have a pair of Nidoran, one of whom may be afflicted with giantism as well. He sent me these short diary entries of what he's observed along with the few pictures that he's taken of both Nidorans.
Day 3: Nidoran♂ seems rather uncomfortable being next to a larger Nidoran♀. He is normally surrounded by Nidoran♀ that are smaller than himself, as Nidoran hierarchies are determined by size and strength.
The Nidoran♀ has always been very gentle toward Nidoran♂ and has carefully tried to get the male to accept the fact that just because she is larger than he, it does not mean that she will be dominating, rough or violent towards him.
Day 32: Nidoran♀ has grown exponentally in both size and weight. She is as healthy as a normal healthy Nidoran♀ without any complications to her general health, though she is now more than twice the size and weight of even the most abnormally overweight Nidoran♀ on record.
Nidoran♂ has already conquered his fear regarding Nidoran♀s size, and it appears as though he has fallen very much in love with Nidoran♀, feeding and pampering her as best he is able to. This bears remarkable similarity to the findings with Rosie and Norbert, perhaps there is something deeper to be researched there.
Day 47: Both Nidoran have successfully evolved to their second stage. Nidorina is absolutely massive now, capable of allowing Nidorino to ride on her back as a child would piggy-back on their parent. They appear to do this quite often for some reason. More research is necessary to understand this behavior.
Nidorina is also very popular with the other Pokemon residing here, particularly the small ones. Vulpix, Pichu, Eevee, Cinccino and various other Pokemon have all received very motherly attention from Nidorina, from loving care when injured or ill to playtime. She has also been spotted curling up around a large group of smaller Pokemon to sleep, though this has (regrettably) not been captured on camera...yet.

Nidorans, Nidorina, and Nidorino are absolute BEASTS to get right, as their physiology is sort of ambiguous in the first place. They're great though, and wonderful candidates for growth.

MY continuation to this series.
day 100: Their love had grown very strong. Along with the nidorina's ever growing size and weight. Nidorino had mated with Nidorina back on day 50 it seemed pretty odd to see a tiny male mate with a giant female. this is not too odd as we had seen something similar to this on invertebrates before. The Nidorina bared 6 children, 4 females and 2 males. 3 females had the giant-ism trait and it showed every quickly within the next week while the other female only had the carrier of the giant-ism trait. It appears that this trait is a reversed Version of colorblindness. in colorblind traits, males had this trait easily while the females normally become the carrier of the colorblindness trait. This giant-ism trait tend to target a lot more on the females than males. While this is true, further research is needed to fully document this passing of the traits on giant-ism.
Day 160: Both Nidos had evolved into their final stage in evolution. With the Gentle Nidoqueen being super-sized of course. A human being named Kidwild. age 25, He was in a bartender outfit with a long-sleeved striped dress shirt. decided to have a little fun with the Nidoqueen and celebrate her successful and care-giving life. Kidwild gave Both Nidos a great fruity cake that they and the others and chow down on outside the building at the back yard. The Gentle Giant Nidoqueen was so happy that she jumped with lots of joy. Unfortunately, Her massive size caused the ground to shake and this sent Kidwild and a few other pokemon flying. The Nidoqueen realized that so many pokemon and Kidwild was going to get hurt from the impact to the floor. She managed to catch every single pkoemon without hurting anyone. She even saved kidwild In an awkward way by catching him with her breasts. Kidwild Just went "ELUAH!" When he was both seeing and being on her breasts. No one got hurt and the celebration went very well for the rest of the day.
Day 240: That was the darkest day for the growing gentle Nidoqueen that she ever had. Her husband nidoking was shot to death along with a researcher and another pokemon by a few criminals who went grand theft auto on this facility. the grand theft auto was stopped short as the Giant nidoqueen was enraged when she lost her beloved nidoking. The Giant Nidoqueen easily crushed all the criminals into a bloody plop, some of those criminals didn't survive the impact of her massive blow. the rest of the criminals where taken into a prison hospital. after what happened, The gentle massive giant went under a great depression for a long time. Thankfully, her depression was fading away thanks to her big children and all the other pokemon that cared for her and tried to comfort her. they tried to return the love and favor that the gentle giant mother did to them. love, care, and many other positive things.
Kidwild volunteered to get the proper burial ready for the nidoking along with two mini statue that was crafted by Kidwild that both represented them in their greatest days in life.
Day 400: Although the Giant Nidoqueen still feels sad for her loss with her beloved Nidoking, The Gentle giant Nidoqueen got back into her normal things in life and continued to care for her grown children along with every single pokemon there was. She even started to care for some of the human kids as well which is very remarkable. The ever Growing Giant Nidoqueen had Grown to a size that is almost as big as a Godzilla but with all the blubber and fat. Despite Being morbidly obese, THe Giant Nidoqueen's health is excellent! Her heart is beating healthy without any problems in obesity at all. Her enormous size and weight forced her to go on all fours as trying to stay upright became troublesome for her. The Nidoqueen didn't mind going on all fours at all. During the nights, the pokemon cuddled with the giant as a big pillow to fall asleep with her.
Her daughters are even Becoming gentle Giants themselves. (Maybe to honor the mother perhaps or this is something that female nidos do all the time?)
The Gentle Godzilla-sized motherly Nidoqueen even gives lots of piggy back rides to pokemon and human children. She is happy when the others are happy as well.
That seems to be all for now. Now also Knowing the fact that giant-ism also helps conserve energy and making foods that the affected consumer eats get fatter and get the nourishment's much easier than an normal consumer can eat the same amount of food.
That is my finishing idea to this great series. You can also fix anything or change the story a little if you like.

sorry to reply again but the days on the lab should be changed to a more time later thing. it just seems a bit too fast for them to grow that quickly so I am going to change the day thing on them.
Day 100 will be day 180 instead.
Day 160 will be day 265 instead.

and Day 400 will be day 850 instead.
This would be a bit more appropriate on the time fame on the giant-ism growth and the events to take place.

I agree with the difficulty, many images of them are often sorta... huddled or compact, if I recall, tough to figure them out just right. x3 But you look like you got it down very well here, to me!~ Love the expressions as always, and the story's touching too. A nice loving feeding is always so lovely. :3
