Haha, yep! Depending on the owner, some offer full-leases, part-leases, and other agreements. It's a good compromise for people that show horses a lot as it allows them to ride multiple horses in shows without owning all 3,4,5,6, etc. :3
I don't show a lot (at all, really). The opportunity came about from my trainer and it worked out well for my situation as a student.

Haha! He definitely thinks he's hot stuff. And the last trainer I rode with focused on Hunter/Jumper, but I think I'm going to start training in Eventing. I've found a neat barn with a cross-country course and I KNOW that my dressage needs a lot of work, haha!
