It's a cross between a caribou and a basilisk lizard, specifically. I don't think animals with death gazes would be good domestication candidates. XD

its an interesting concept, what gave you the idea of making it?

I think I ended up running across a basilisk lizard while looking for references for a work assignment, thought it looked really neat, and just decided to incorporate aspects of it into a non-horse animal that could be ridden. I vaguely remember thinking of going with a regular ol' caribou originally, but I really wanted to work on separating the world of PoL from aspects of the real world a bit more, if that makes sense. Wildlife wasn't something that really came into play until this point, so I decided to expand on that a bit.
