It was initially just supposed to be a quick doodle of a new character so I could get an idea of the colours I wanted for a commission, but I ended up putting a bit more effort in and it became my first real attempt at this "art" malarkey. It was arduous, but kind of fun. I might draw him a body soon!

Thanks! It should remind you of Falco, he has the same beak and general head shape. He's my favourite character, so I wanted to make something similar ^^.
The other character you're thinking of might be Volg, the black and red chocobo. He's a cool character, too, but the similarity wasn't intentional that time ^^;.
