and that THING allows her to drain energy from things as simple as a battery to pluggin in her cell phone wire into an outlet for a BIG rush.
But if she absorbs enough juice... She transforms into a electric-proof rubber Raichu!
She must be very careful with this ability in public.... but in the privacy of her own home, she may or may not plug in and let her inner 'chu out just for kicks!

Im trying people. I did this entirely on SAI and im honestly tryin my best. its better than nothing but damn, i NEED photoshop!
Hope its good nonetheless... Shiny things are not easy on first attempt!
