I really want to redo my end of things, I'm not really happy with the sketch, and since you're doing something more involved for me, I should step up the complexity of my own work.

You don't really need to, and let me tell you, this is not that complex. Complex would be if I had colored everything and shaded. Sure, I did more than usual by adding more characters and scenery, but that is so I could compete with your standards because I felt like my status quo would not have worked...

In hindsight, we should have discussed how much we each are going to do so we could have adjusted accordingly.

Oh, and by the way, feel free to color this if you want to.

I already resketched. Better anatomy, better pose, and an edible fish. Possibly a minimal impressionistic background and overlay effects if I color it. Instead of something that looks like I phoned it in, it'll be quality work. (Those stubby limbs can be tricky, so I made a few compromises.)

Don't worry yourself about these things.

If my backlog situation wasn't so bad, I would enjoy doing so.
